Anne is a dedicated leader in adolescent behavioral health, currently serving as Program Director of a nationwide short-term residential program. She excels in restorative, strategic, and transformational leadership, focusing on building high-performing teams, managing risk, and cultivating a positive organizational culture.

Passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, Anne finds fulfillment in helping others navigate challenges and push themselves outside of their comfort zone. Outside of work, she enjoys adventure motorcycling, camping, fly fishing, and ultra-running—pursuits that reflect her appreciation for a good challenge and her love of the outdoors.
