Threat ManagementUndisclosed by choiceAshlee Heavrin is an engaging and dynamic leader with an evolving legacy of creating best-in-class threat assessment programs across all aspects of the organization. She emphasizes crisis leadership and data-driven decision making. Ashlee has a track record of building public-private partnerships, and leading crisis management in high-risk environments to include workplace violence prevention and active shooter response.
Ashlee began and finished her career in law enforcement with the Montana State University Police Department from May 2012 to May 2023. She filled the roles of dispatcher, patrol officer, and detective. Ashlee possesses certifications in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, crisis intervention, sexual & violent crime investigations, advanced training in domestic violence, interview & interrogation, she is a graduate of the FBI LEEDA Trilogy, and is a graduate of the Gavin de Becker and Associates Advanced Threat Assessment Academy. Ashlee created the Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Program and served as the Threat Assessment Investigator for the Montana State University system for five years. Ashlee served as an FBI Task Force Officer for the Joint Terrorism Task Force and served 10 years on the Gallatin County Domestic Violence Response Team. Ashlee retired from her law enforcement career to pursue a new role as a Threat Manager with Kroger’s Behavioral Risk Intervention Team. Ashlee is an MSU Alumni and possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Fish and Wildlife Management. In her free time, she’s often backpacking in the mountains of Montana or fly fishing with her family. |
