Manufacturing Operations Manager

I developed a passion for Manufacturing early in my career and have found satisfaction in setting up process and building teams to execute. I enjoy the multi-faceted and cross-functional nature of Manufacturing as I get to work with many types of people and professions. I have enjoyed traditional manufacturing of after-market automotive parts and high-complexity, low-volume pilot production of lidar for autonomous vehicles.  There is always something new to learn or some change underway!

In the past, I have led the women's community group at Aurora and still engage as a participant. I also serve on the advisory board for the Photonics and Laser Technology program at Gallatin College of Montana State University. I have found exceptional value in connecting with communities of people to discuss and tackle issues.
