He’s built a career around understanding what customers think, feel, and need at every touchpoint—and using that insight to craft strategies that resonate. Whether through clear messaging or compelling storytelling, Bruce knows how to inspire action and create alignment between brands and their audiences. Throughout his career, he’s led initiatives that improved sales performance, modernized marketing operations, and helped companies connect more meaningfully with their customers. He’s also worked closely with mid-size businesses, distributors, and trade partners—helping them improve operations, sharpen their market positioning, and build sustainable growth. Bruce’s hands-on experience led him to co-found a consulting firm focused on empowering small and midsize businesses through stronger leadership, better processes, and clear go-to-market strategies. He holds a business degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Opus College of Business at St. Thomas. |
