Cassaundra has over15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With a background encompassing sales, case management liaison, field reimbursement and market access account management, Cassaundra has made significant contributions at industry-leading organizations including GSK, Purdue Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Genzyme, and Novartis. For the past 12 years, Cassaundra has been deeply involved in market access, with a focus on regional and national accounts. Most recently, she served as an Associate Account Director in Access and Reimbursement at Novartis.

Over the course of her Pharmaceutical Career Cassaundra has been involved in the successful launch of 15 new products spanning a diverse array of therapeutic areas, ranging from oncology and rare diseases to cardiovascular and medical devices. Cassaundra's exemplary performance and dedication have earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious 2019 Distinguished Account Director Achievement Award at Sanofi-Genzyme. Cassaundra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Behavior from Grand View University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis.

As a Registered Nurse, she brings a unique perspective and depth of understanding to her work, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex healthcare landscapes. Outside of her professional endeavors, Cassaundra is a devoted mother to her son and calls Des Moines, Iowa, home. She enjoys immersing herself in nature, traveling to new destinations, indulging in antique shopping excursions, and experiencing the thrill of live music concerts.
