Dar Raye started at Thompson Solutions Group in 2021 as one of their Business Development Managers. Her primary responsibility is to work with our customers in assessing their security and implementing solutions. Before moving to TSG, she spent 4.5 years at a pork processing facility as their Training and Organizational Manager. While at STF, she was an integral part of starting up this facility with assisting in hiring and training over 2,000 people. Collaborated with area community college's in developing their first supervisor training module. Prior to STF, Dar Raye spent over 27 years in higher education where she was responsible for assisting area businesses in developing strategic training initiatives and implementing and maintaining state and federal grant programs at the local community college. |
