Human Resources Director

I’m a strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience empowering individuals and strengthening organizations. Known for my people-centered approach and operational mindset, I bring a unique ability to align HR strategy with business goals, fueling both personal growth and organizational success.

​My areas of expertise include management coaching, employee relations, total rewards, and compliance. I’m especially passionate about leveraging technology to build more efficient and future-ready workplaces. I believe an organization’s strength lies in its people, and the way we show up for them directly shapes our impact.

In 2023, I joined the Senior Leadership Team at The Village Family Service Center, where I continue to champion workplace culture and lead HR innovation. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from North Dakota State University and hold certified professional status through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). I'm a 2024 graduate of the FMWF Chamber Leadership Program and currently serve on its planning committee. I also serve on the Ethics Committee of the National Senior Classical League.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, competing in trivia, and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
