Husband and father of 4. Retired after 21 years of service as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps and the Ohio Army National Guard. Served in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Awarded the Bronze Star Medal in Afghanistan.

Earned Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Financial Management from Ohio Christian University. 

9th year as a football coach. Coached at the High School, pee wee and Middle School levels.
