Heidi has over 15 years of experience leading process improvement and large strategic initiatives in both the financial services and health insurance industries. Since joining U.S. Bank in September 2021, Heidi has led both small and large cross-functional strategic initiatives, including program managing the bank's first savings and card bundle under their Smartly suite of products. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, she held various roles at United HealthGroup and ING, focusing on process improvement, execution of enterprise initiatives, clinical affordability drivers, and client management. 

Heidi holds a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
