Helen Swanson has 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing sectors including: aerospace, medical, defense, and consumer products. She has held roles in Quality, Engineering, and Lean Management, focusing on strategic planning and Lean principles. Helen is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner, ISO9001 Lead Auditor, and holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota.
