Audit Director

Hortense Lukusa is a seasoned Finance Executive with over 15 years of experience in accounting. She is a registered Chartered Accountant in South Africa, Canada, and New Zealand, and is also eligible for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status in the United States. Currently, Hortense serves as the Director of Audit and Assurance at Cummins Keegan PLLC in Minnesota, United States. 

Additionally, she is a member of the Financial Misconduct Committee for the South African Department of Labour (Compensation Fund). Her diverse experience earned her a green card, granting her United States Permanent Residency status as an alien with exceptional ability, a highly competitive category in U.S. immigration.

Career highlights for Hortense include her inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in America, an invitation-only recognition for professional achievements, and her membership in the Honor Society of the United States, which acknowledges both professional and academic accomplishments. She has demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills through her public accounting firm in South Africa, where she served as a consultant to the South African government.

Hortense is also a mentor, coach, teacher, and visionary leader. She is passionate about sharing her wealth of knowledge to help build the leaders of tomorrow and to make a positive impact on nations around the world.
