DirectorDes Moines Water WorksJenny Puffer is the Director of Water Distribution at the Des Moines (Iowa) Water Works. Her team is responsible for maintaining the thousands of fire hydrants and miles of water main serving customers in the Des Moines area. Jenny has over 25 years of experience in the drinking water industry, actively sharing her knowledge and encouraging the next generation. She has a degree in civil/environmental engineering from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from Drake University. Jenny is an active member of the Iowa Section of the American Water Works Association and is also a member of the Iowa One Call Board.
