Dr. Joshua Behl, PhD, is a strategic leader, academic, and business consultant with over 25 years of experience. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, he specializes in project management, strategic planning, and leadership development, with expertise in technology, higher education, and manufacturing.

As co-founder of Summit Group Software, a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner, Joshua helped grow the company to 45 employees across multiple locations. The firm provided Microsoft ERP and CRM solutions, serving industries such as banking, retail, and healthcare. He also worked at Microsoft as a consultant and global business strategist, focusing on data migration, software development, and integrations.

In academia, Joshua has served as an Associate Professor and department leader, developing innovative programs and aligning curricula with industry needs. He has led strategic planning and organizational change efforts, improving institutional outcomes.

Joshua holds a Ph.D. in Institutional Effectiveness from North Dakota State University, an MS in Management and Information Technology, and a BA in Secondary Education. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM), he is an active member of AERA, PMI, and SAM.

His current research focuses on classroom ecosystems, micro-affirmations, and university mattering in graduate programs. With a proven track record in leadership, education, and consulting, Dr. Behl is dedicated to driving growth and excellence in organizations.
