Business Development Manager

A results-driven Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in driving growth and expanding market presence in the Oil & Gas industry. At Tallgrass Water ND, I'm responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relations to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue.

With a strong background in market research and analysis, I've exceled in understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions that meet those requirements, by developing exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals and successfully increased company revenue.
With an AAS, degree in Accounting (CLC, MN) and additional courses in Communication and Psychology at (UND, ND) I'm dedicated to continuous professional development. 

I'm also currently serving as the Board President of the Williston Basin Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute, a non-profit organization which fosters creativity and strategic networking and community support surrounding the Oil & Gas Industry. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family and outdoor projects.
