Director of Marketing

LifeScape

Leah Orsack is a Director of Marketing and purpose-driven leader with a nontraditional path into leadership shaped by storytelling, education, and service. She began her career in media and communications before moving into marketing strategy and leadership within mission-centered organizations, where she focuses on clarity, alignment, and meaningful impact.

In addition to her professional work, Leah has spent years developing leaders outside traditional settings, coaching youth soccer, directing a children’s choir, serving on education-focused committees, and volunteering in healthcare environments. These experiences inform her belief that leadership is practiced long before it is named and that teaching, empathy, and accountability are core leadership skills.

As an Advisory Board Member for the University of North Dakota’s Women in Leadership with AI-Driven Engagement Program, Leah brings a human-centered perspective to leadership development, advocating for inclusive, practical approaches that support women navigating nonlinear career paths in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven landscape.
