Lindsey Lillehaugen graduated from UND in 2020, where she majored in Marketing & Management with a minor in Leadership. Lindsey was in several organizations and leadership positions throughout college, where she quickly realized she "loves to watch young leaders grow." 

Lindsey joined Techtronic Industries, parent company to Milwaukee Tool, as a Sales & Marketing Representative in 2021. In 2022, Lindsey was promoted to Territory Manager over Southern Wisconsin, overseeing 10 direct reports. Lindsey was promoted Training Operations Manager in 2023 in Milwaukee, WI. Lindsey was promoted to her current position of National Accounts Manager for Milwaukee Tool in February of 2025.
