Tiffany Poitras here, currently a Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence for Mercury Systems in Hudson, NH. I have over 20 years' experience in engineering, product development, government, manufacturing, retail, specialty marketing, course instruction, and start-ups. My strengths lie in aligning strategy to executable business goals and facilitating continuous improvement projects to achieve those ends.

During my tenure at The Boeing Company, I was fortunate enough to be Shingijutsu trained and gain expertise in assessing Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office environments (comparable to Baldrige Criteria), 5S levels, and capability maturity, as well as leading and coaching Lean events.  I also received a Jonah Certification (Theory of Constraints) at Washington State University.

I hold a PhD in Business Administration with emphases in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Engineering & Technology Management and a  MS in Project Management.
